North Oaks Health System BE FAST Education Campaign

OVERVIEW

Design an educational campaign promoting new stroke awareness guidelines for Stroke Awareness Month.

THE SOLUTION

The guidelines for stroke symptom awareness were updated, and we were tasked with creating a campaign to educate the community on the new symptoms and steps to take if they encounter someone with stroke-like symptoms. We decided to use universal icons to reach all demographics in our community, highlighting keywords of symptoms. The collateral launched in the trauma clinics include clinic posters, pull-up banners, rack cards, and magnets for patients to take home. We also included a social media post for general commuity education.
