North Oaks Health System onboarding provider campaign refresh

OVERVIEW

Update the onboarding provider campaign reflecting the new brand standards of North Oaks Health System.

THE CHALLENGE

As part of new initiatives, the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development tasked our team with unifying provider onboarding campaigns under the recently established brand standards. While previous campaigns shared some layout similarities, they lacked consistency in color, imagery, and overall style. Our challenge was to create a cohesive design system that aligned with the new brand guidelines and ensured consistency across all onboarding materials.

THE SOLUTION

Building on recent publication refreshes, we continued using Myriad Pro as the foundation of our typography, but introduced the Semi-Condensed style in varying weights to create hierarchy and clarity. North Oaks gold was applied strategically to highlight key information and drive engagement, while North Oaks blue established a consistent tone that reinforced brand identity and distinguished us from competitors.

This unified design system was applied across multiple channels, including traditional print, digital billboards, on-campus signage, website imagery, and social media, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence.
